The key to engaging successfully with clients is sharing relevant information in a timely fashion. A quick article, short email, brief phone message or interesting link providing hot content is fabulous when the client has a particular focus. Who doesn't like someone thinking of them and providing useful, pertinent content which benefits them?
You can also introduce them to a key resource with expertise and knowledge that may be helpful. When warranted, you can obviously recommend your client as a provider of products and services or as a supplier to others. You may wish to provide testimonials for your best clients. Sharing their major announcements is another device for staying connected. You may also ask them to speak to your organization, associations or another client. Be selective and intentional as you evaluate these opportunities.
